Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If no one is arriving or leaving that day, we can often offer early check-in or late check-out, so just ask.
-
Each house has a key safe, so you can arrive whenever suits you after 4pm. We email your arrival details once your balance has been paid.

One well-behaved dog is welcome at Duneside House for £40, by prior arrangement. Dogs stay on the ground floor and off the beds and sofas. There is an enclosed garden and a warm outdoor hose for washing sandy paws. Seaside House is pet free. For walks, beaches and dog-friendly pubs, see Buster’s guide to Beadnell.
-
Less than a minute. Duneside House is 30m from the dunes. Seaside House is across the road from the rock pools at St Ebb’s Nook, with the sands of Beadnell Bay 50m away.

Each house sleeps 8 in comfort. Duneside House sleeps up to 10 when you book direct. Book both houses, joined by a private garden gate, and there is room for 16, or up to 18 when you book direct.

Seaside House is designed upside down, so the open-plan living room, kitchen and both balconies upstairs look out over the sea, the rocks and the Farne Islands. At Duneside House, some bedrooms have a glimpse of the sea.

Beadnell Bay is a wide, shallow, sheltered bay, popular for paddling, swimming, paddleboarding, sailing and kitesurfing, and many swimmers go in all year round in a wetsuit. Always check the tides and conditions first. At low tide there are rock pools to explore just across the road.
-
Beadnell’s pubs, restaurants, hotel bars and a small convenience store are all within walking distance, as is the dog-friendly bar The Landing, five minutes from the houses. The fishing village of Seahouses is a few miles north.
